I completed my 4 year licentiate in Homeopathy from the South East College of Homeopathy in 2004 and have over 23 years of clinical experience. I spent five years working for Helios Homeopathy, a world-renowned homeopathic pharmacy, where I hand made remedies, essences, supported customers, and participated in meditation circles to discover new remedies. Following this, I spent 10 years as part of the Neal’s Yard Remedies team, creating herbal teas, tinctures, and organic creams while continuing my private practice.

During this time I trained extensively with Lita de Alberdi at her School of the Living Light. I became one of the UK's Awakening Your LightBody teachers, these are beautiful teachings that create accelerated spiritual growth and deeper inner awareness.

From a young age, I experienced astral travel, premonitions, past life flashbacks, and an awareness of our spirit helpers in the inner planes. Over the years I have studied teachings from the Theosophical Society, the western esoteric traditions and the teachings of Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. I have Herbal Medicine, Crystal Healing, Reflexology, various hands-on healing methods, earning several certificates along the way. I work intuitively and can see energy and aura’s allowing me to prescribe remedies, essences, herbs, and supplements that resonate well and create positive shifts and inner transformation. Over the years, I have both taught and participated in numerous meditation and spiritual development circles and workshops, and now incorporate meditations and soul journeys into consultations when appropriate.

In my 20s, I worked in a high-pressure sales and customer service environment, which led me to realize the importance of returning to my true path. With the help of homeopathy and other healing methods, I chose to retrain and continue my education. I also study the work of various Functional Medicine practitioners in America and integrate detoxification and nutritional support into my practice.

I have had the privilege of working with clients from across the UK, Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East. Currently, I live in South Devon with my partner and son.
